Flabby – Wine Term of the Week

Flabby - Wine Term of the WeekOn a personal level, as a guy presently going through a mid life crisis, this week’s term is one that hits a little too close to home. Back to the gym. Well, maybe I’ll test drive a Camaro ZR1 instead. Whatever. Anyway …

A flabby wine is one that lacks acidity. If there’s not enough tannins present, the juice can taste flat. Flabby can also be used to describe sparkling wine that has lost it’s fizz like a can of soda that has been left open for too long.

We have a busy summer ahead with some fun wine events. Along with that will be some site updates and new content. Our fans and followers are the absolute best. Love to all of you guys!
