All American barbeque cuisine was on deck today to kick off summer. Steak, chicken, spinach salad and broccoli rabe. Accompanied by a smooth, red California blend from Seven Daughters.
This blend has dark, red fruit on the nose w/ a nice peppery finish. A sensational, affordable table wine that complements any occasion. You know the saying “Red w/ meat, white w/fish” … very relevant in this case. I may be a bit biased though as both steak AND red blends are on the top of my list.
