Nose – Wine Term of the Week

Nose - Wine Term of the Week Nose means aroma. Period. e.g. “The Syrah has a strong nose with hints of vanilla and cedar.” The term “bouquet” can also be used in the same way but it is not as common in wine circles as it once was.
