Reserve – Wine Term of the Week

Reserve - Wine Term of the WeekSometimes a wine will have the word ‘Reserve’ on the label. This is an indicator of a higher quality than the usual offering. Reserve could also mean that the wine was aged before being sold to the public. A word of caution … if the wine is procuced in an area where the term ‘Reserve’ is not regulated (As it is in Italy and Spain) it could be used solely for marketing purposes.

An exciting weekend ahead … our first tasting of a local “tea-infused” wine and socializing with some of Chester County’s most prominent wine lovers.
